Our 100% Pasture Fed Braising Beef is a staple for slow, comforting cooking. Given a little time, the meat relaxes into something wonderfully tender with a deep, satisfying flavour.
This cut lends itself beautifully to hearty pies, slow-cooked stews and any dish that needs patience and gentle heat. As it simmers, the connective tissues melt into the sauce which creates that rich, warming depth you can only achieve with proper slow cooking.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
