Our Pasture Fed Beef Roasting Joints are made for unhurried cooking and shared tables. Raised slowly on open pasture, our native breed cattle graze freely on the landscapes of Exmoor, developing beef with depth of flavour, natural marbling and exceptional eating quality. This is British beef shaped by time, place and careful farming. The collection includes traditional roasting cuts such as sirloin, ribeye and rump. Each joint is expertly prepared and dry aged on the bone for a minimum of four weeks, allowing flavour to mature and texture to soften for a roast that is both generous and deeply satisfying. Ideal for Sunday lunches, family gatherings and special occasions, these pasture fed beef roasting joints create a centrepiece worth lingering over. Thoughtfully raised and prepared with care, they offer a true taste of the British countryside and a reminder of why good food brings people together.

A New Chapter for the South West
In the rolling hills that define Devon and Cornwall, food has always been more than something we eat. It’s culture, heritage, and the lifeblood of rural communities. Today, we’re proud to announce a partnership that strengthens these roots and looks firmly towards the future: Pipers & Co is joining forces with Philip Warrens, one of the South West’s most respected butchers and graziers. On the surface, this is a partnership between two longstanding food businesses. But at its heart, it’s a story of two families, two next generations stepping up, and a shared belief in doing things properly.
