Our Pasture Fed Beef Oxtail is rich with natural gelatin, marrow and collagen, giving slow-cooked dishes incredible depth. Surprisingly meaty, it creates stews of unmatched richness as the collagen melts down into a thick, flavourful gravy.
Given time and low heat, the meat falls cleanly from the bone with no effort at all. For such an intensely flavourful and versatile cut, our Pasture Fed Oxtail offers honest value and real comfort.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
