Our Pasture Raised Diced Lamb is a brilliant staple for comforting, slow-cooked dishes. Cut by hand from our slow-grown lamb, it brings a deep, rounded flavour that stands up beautifully to gentle braising.
Perfect for tagines, curries or simple one-pot suppers, each piece becomes meltingly tender with time, rewarding you with a rich, satisfying sauce and proper homely comfort.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
