Generous bronze turkey wings from properly free range British birds, a low-cost, high-flavour cut that slow-roasts into something sticky, golden, and deeply satisfying.
Turkey wings tend to be overlooked in favour of the breast, which is exactly why they're such good value for anyone who knows what to do with them. Our bronze turkey wings come from properly free range birds, slow-grown with space to move, which means the dark meat of the wing has genuine flavour rather than the bland pallor of an intensively reared bird. The wings are generously sized and fatty enough to baste themselves in the oven, which means they're forgiving of slightly longer cooking times. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, and a pinch of cumin, then roast at 180°C for 1.5–2 hours until the skin is deep golden and the meat is falling from the bone. They're also excellent in a slow-cooker for 6–8 hours with a good stock and aromatics, producing meat that shreds beautifully for tacos, rice dishes, or a turkey and vegetable pie. 2kg per pack, enough for three to four people.

All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
