Our Properly Free Range Chicken Wings are wonderfully versatile. Slow-grown and raised outdoors on pasture, they develop a generous amount of meat and a naturally full flavour that holds up beautifully to marinades, spice rubs or slow cooking in broths.
Whether crisped in the oven, simmered in ramen or piled high to feed a hungry crowd, these wings make easy, satisfying eating.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
Wings have a high ratio of skin and bone to meat, which means they can take higher heat than other cuts without drying out. Roast, grill, or bake at medium-high heat for twenty-five to thirty minutes, turning halfway. They need to reach 70°C at the thickest part, juices running clear. Rest for five minutes before serving.
