Simply cured to capture and enhance the natural flavour of the local free range duck, matured for 4-6 weeks. Cured with sea salt, crushed juniper and toasted Tellicherry pepper.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
