This air dried, rare breed, local, free range pork collar is seasoned with a blend of three chillies, herbs and spices and was curated by Leonel who hails from the Xalapa region of Mexico. He has an incredible knowledge of herbs, spices and especially chilies.
Each slice has a subtle heat which cuts through the creamy fat giving herby notes that enhance the flavours of the meat – it’s a Mexican-Somerset collaboration made in heaven.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
