Cornwall's finest butchery, now at your door
We've joined hands with Phillip Warren & Son — fourth-generation butchers from Launceston — to carry their native-breed, dry-aged meat beyond the West Country. Cut by hand, boxed by hand, delivered nationwide.
One grows, presses and bottles on the farm. The other has spent a century perfecting the cut. Together — proper meat, reared and aged in the West Country, carried to your door.
Four generations at the block
Phillip Warren & Son have kept a shop in Launceston since 1880. They buy whole animals from farms they know by name, hang and age them slowly, and break them down by hand — the way good butchery has always been done.
It is the standard we would hold ourselves to. So when we set out to deliver proper meat, there was only ever one name we wanted on the box.
— Phillip Warren, master butcher
Two West Country families, one standard
We met the Warrens the way most good things start here — over a shared table, talking about where things come from. We grow, press and bottle on the farm. They've spent a century perfecting the cut. The conversation more or less wrote itself.
Now their meat travels in our boxes — chilled, dated by hand, and carried with the same care we give everything that leaves the field. Nothing rushed, nothing wasted.
The opening range
Six cuts to start — hand-broken at the Launceston block and boxed by us.
"Pipers & Co care about where things come from the way we do. It felt less like a deal and more like a handshake across the valley."
Phillip Warren · Launceston, CornwallHow it reaches you
Reared in the West Country
Native and traditional breeds from farms the Warrens have bought from for generations — grass-fed, unhurried, never far from home.
Aged and cut by hand
Whole carcasses, dry-aged on the bone and broken down by butchers who learned the trade at this very block. Skill you can taste.
Boxed and sent chilled
Packed into our insulated boxes, dated by hand and sent on a next-day chilled courier — anywhere in the country, at its best.
From one Cornish shop to doorsteps across Britain
We pack to order and hand straight to a next-day chilled courier. The meat travels fast, cold and carefully — and arrives the way it left the block, wherever you are.
The first boxes are small. Get yours.
We're starting in small batches, the way we always do. Leave your email and we'll write the day the range opens.
