Our Cheese & Red Onion Marmalade sausages are a wonderfully balanced combination of gently sweet onion marmalade and savoury native breed pork. The richness of the cheese and the natural character of the pork create a sausage that is full of flavour without overpowering, a firm favourite for good reason.
Made using our properly reared native breed pork mince, these sausages are carefully prepared with the finest natural ingredients. We never use artificial preservatives, additives or unnecessary fillers, and each sausage is filled into natural casings in the traditional way.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
