Six free range slow grown chicken sausages, a leaner alternative to pork with genuine flavour, in natural casings and seasoned simply enough to work across a wide range of dishes.
Chicken sausages made from properly reared birds are a genuinely different proposition to the pale, squeaky versions that gave the category a bad reputation. These sausages are made from slow-grown, free range British chicken, birds with real flavour and firm, well-developed muscle that produces a mince with body and character. They're seasoned with herbs and a little garlic, which gives enough interest without competing with whatever else is on the plate, and filled into natural casings that give a proper sausage texture. Cook over medium heat for 18–20 minutes, turning regularly, until golden and cooked through. Serve with a simple pasta, a tomato sauce spiked with capers and olives, and torn fresh basil, or slice and add to a creamy risotto for a quick weeknight dinner that feels more considered than it is. Good with a mustardy lentil salad and roasted peppers alongside. Six per pack.

All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
