Hobbs House Bakery's cinnamon buns are the kind of bake you pull apart slowly and feel entirely unapologetic about. Made using their slow-proved enriched dough, buttery, slightly sweet, and built for texture, each bun is rolled with a generous layer of cinnamon sugar and real butter before being sliced and baked until the filling caramelises and the tops turn a deep, sticky amber. The result is deeply aromatic, with that warm, rounded spice that hits before you've even taken a bite. Warm them gently in the oven at 160°C for 8–10 minutes or briefly in a microwave, and they come apart in layers that are pillowy and slightly chewy in exactly the right way. Perfect for a slow Sunday morning or as a midweek treat to share, or not. Hobbs House has been baking honest, thoughtful bread and pastry in the Cotswolds for three generations, and these buns are a particularly fine example of what they do. Sold in packs of four.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
