Our grass fed beef rump pavé is a neatly trimmed, thick-cut steak taken from the rump, offering lean structure with a satisfying depth of flavour. Carefully prepared by our butchers, it delivers the robust character that properly reared British beef is known for.
Sourced from slow-grown native breed cattle raised on pasture and matured on the bone, this rump pavé has a firm texture and rich, beefy taste. Cooked in a hot pan and served medium-rare to medium, it remains tender while retaining its natural bite.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
