Our 100% Pasture Fed Beef Silverside is a dependable choice for a comforting Sunday roast.
This traditional joint takes its name from the natural silvery layer that covers the outside of this hardworking cut. Taken from the hind leg, the Silverside comes from a muscle that’s put to good use as our cattle roam and graze diverse herbal pastures. Because of this constant movement it’s naturally firmer than Topside, Rib or Sirloin, yet it more than makes up for that with deep, honest beef flavour.
Slow roasting brings out its best, rewarding a little patience with a hearty and satisfying centrepiece.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
