Our Grass Fed T-Bone Steak brings together two much-loved cuts in one generous piece. On one side you’ll find a richly marbled sirloin and on the other a tender fillet, giving you a well-rounded steak with both depth and delicacy.
Our native breed cattle roam natural pasture for the entirety of their lives which develops real character in the meat and a flavour that feels honest and authentic. Each steak is hand-cut by our butchers to give a balanced, juicy piece ready for the pan or grill.
Cook quickly over a high heat to achieve a good crust, then rest well before serving. A proper centrepiece, ideal for relaxed weekends or simple feasts.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
