Beef, pork, salt, pepper. That's it. These handmade meatballs are made with grass-fed British beef and native breed pork, a combination that works for good reason: the beef brings flavour and structure, the pork adds the natural fat that keeps them moist and holds them together. No fillers, no shortcuts, just proper meatballs that taste as they should. Simmer directly in a slow-cooked tomato sauce for 25 to 30 minutes, serve with thick spaghetti and a heavy hand with the Parmesan, or load into a sub roll with the sauce and a slice of provolone under the grill. 500g per pack.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
