Prepared with care by our skilled butchers, each leg is meticulously trimmed to create a perfectly balanced joint, with just the right amount of skin left on to produce crisp, golden crackling.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
