Small, perfectly proportioned native breed cocktail sausages, made from slow-reared British pork with a proper skin and the kind of flavour that makes people return for thirds.
Cocktail sausages are only as good as the pork that goes into them, and ours are made from native breed British pigs, breeds raised slowly for flavour rather than speed, which makes a genuine difference in even a small sausage. Properly seasoned with sage and a little mace, with a natural pork skin that crisps up beautifully in the oven, these cook in 20–25 minutes at 200°C and emerge golden, lightly caramelised, and genuinely hard to stop eating. Wrap each one in a slice of streaky bacon before cooking for the pigs-in-blankets effect at a smaller scale, or serve plain with good wholegrain mustard and honey for dipping. They're an honest addition to any festive spread, a dependable addition to a party table, or simply something to put out alongside drinks when people are arriving and the kitchen needs a little more time. 250g per pack.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
