Our Native Breed Pork Loin Steaks make an effortless, comforting supper. A quick pan fry with a little salt, pepper and perhaps a few leaves of fresh sage is all they need to shine.
Cut from the loin — the same eye muscle that gives sirloin its fine texture — these steaks are naturally tender with a delicate grain. Each one carries a thin layer of buttery fat that melts beautifully in the pan, giving you a flavourful, satisfying meal with very little fuss.
