Our Native Breed Unsmoked Gammon Steaks are full of honest, savoury flavour. Brine-cured and gently air-dried, they cook beautifully, staying tender with a naturally deep taste that needs very little added to it.
Perfect for quick, comforting meals, these gammon steaks shine in simple classics like ham, egg and chips or served alongside buttery greens for an easy midweek supper.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
