At 8oz each, these are burgers built for a proper appetite, sized up rather than stretched thin, with enough thickness to take on a good crust outside while staying properly juicy within. Made from native breed beef, they hold their shape well on the grill and don't need much done to them beyond a decent sear and a few minutes' rest.
Cook them hard and fast over a high heat, whether that's a barbecue or a heavy pan, three or four minutes a side depending on thickness, without pressing down on the patties at any point. Check the centre is cooked through with no pink remaining before they come off the heat, then let them rest briefly so the juices settle. Piled with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, a scattering of pickled red onion, and a few leaves of lettuce in a soft bun, this is a burger that earns its size rather than just filling one.

All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
All dairy products should be kept refrigerated and used before the best before date shown on the packaging.
