Two free range slow grown chicken burgers seasoned with rose harissa, gently spiced, lightly fragrant, and with the texture and flavour that only properly reared chicken produces.
Rose harissa brings a warmth that's distinct from standard harissa, the floral, slightly sweet note of dried rose petals alongside the chilli heat and cumin gives it a more interesting, layered quality that works particularly well with chicken. These burgers are made from slow-grown, free range British chicken, birds given time and space to develop the muscle tone and flavour that intensively reared birds simply don't have, blended with rose harissa and seasoned simply. The result has a gentle heat, a faint fragrance, and a texture that holds together on a hot grill without crumbling. Cook from room temperature in a pan or on a barbecue over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Serve in a toasted brioche bun with a cool spoonful of Greek yoghurt, sliced cucumber, and a handful of fresh mint. Or skip the bun and serve with flatbreads, a salad of tomato and red onion, and a good tahini drizzle. Two burgers per pack.

All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
