Our Pasture Fed Beef Picanha Steak is a cut that deserves far more attention. Often known as the rump cap or fat-on rump, it is a favourite on Brazilian barbecues for good reason.
This is a beautifully balanced joint, with a generous cap of naturally sweet fat that slowly renders as it cooks and gives the meat a deep, caramelised flavour. Beneath it sits tender, well-marbled beef that stays succulent whether roasted whole or sliced and seared over high heat.

We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
Our ambient goods can be safely stored in a cool, dark place.
