The secret to a great barbecue isn't the sauce it's the quality of what goes on the grill. At Pipers & Co, we've spent over 35 years working with an incredible network of family farms to bring you meat that's worth cooking properly: slow grown, properly free range chickens with the rich flavour and texture that only comes from a life well lived outdoors; native breed beef raised on lush grass from birth to natural maturity, free from antibiotics and built for the kind of flavour that holds up over a hot flame; and sausages and burgers made with native breed pork and grass fed beef, seasoned simply with salt, pepper, and a few select spices, so the meat does the talking. This summer, make every cook count.
