Black pepper is the quintessential spice - it has that depth of warm, oily, sensuous flavour that have a spicy bite, yet black pepper can blend with many different flavours amalgamating their special characteristics, whether they be sweet like cinnamon or earthy as in turmeric, to create a new whole that is greater than the sum of all flavours. Then black pepper seems to work with almost all types of food - perhaps it is its exoticism and its mouthwatering stimulating quality - whether it is vegetables like potato, poultry, red meat or fish like salmon. Cracked black pepper is a prechopped organic black pepper that has been crushed to a 1mm cut, with the fine powder sieved out.
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes). During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, cut-off times and lead times may change.
All of our meat is delivered frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.
